North Carolina Community Care Networks, Inc., the subsidiary of CCNC that manages the Medicaid population, has assumed certain obligations formerly held by the AccessCare network. CCNC Clinical Operations collaborates with primary care providers, Departments of Social Services, Mental Health and other community agencies to ensure prevention, treatment and continuity of care.
CCNC Clinical Operations serves patients in: Alamance, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Caswell, Catawba, Chatham, Iredell, Orange, Robeson, Sampson, Watauga and Wayne.
